Ambience Healthcare is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist for a 12-month contract to serve as the frontline advocate for clinicians using our AI-powered documentation platform. You’ll diagnose complex issues, respond quickly, and help clinicians stay focused on patient care across 35+ health system deployments.

Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer or technical support in healthcare or SaaS.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-factor issues and communicate resolutions clearly.
- Clinician-first, empathetic communication style.
- Experience building knowledge bases and improving workflows.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for clinicians using Ambience tools via Intercom and email.
- Diagnose and resolve complex platform and EHR integration issues.
- Identify recurring issues and surface trends to Engineering and Product teams.
- Create and maintain troubleshooting guides and SOPs in Notion and Intercom.
- Respond to alerts and participate in reporting CSAT, FCR, and handling time.
