Job summary

Ambience Healthcare is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to provide frontline advocacy for clinicians using our AI documentation platform. This role involves diagnosing technical issues and ensuring clinicians can maintain their focus on patient care. The position requires availability for an evening shift with one overnight on-call rotation each week.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer or technical support, strong communication skills, and a customer-first approach to resolving issues. Compensation ranges from $36.06 to $50.48 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical support, preferably in healthcare or SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate clearly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clinician-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clinicians using Ambience's AI documentation tools.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to the platform.
• Build internal and external support resources and respond to on-call requests.
