Job summary

KAISER is seeking an Executive Director to lead a major, multi-center AI clinical research initiative. The role aligns strategy, execution, and finances across diverse teams and vendors, reporting to the Principal Investigator and based in Kaiser Permanente's Division of Research in Northern California.

The position requires enterprise leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong governance across stakeholders, vendors, and sponsors to deliver outcomes at scale in a complex integrated

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Minimum three years delivering large, complex projects in corporate, non-profit, or government settings.
• Bachelor's degree plus extensive PM experience; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale AI clinical research programs from initiation to close-out.
• Translate business plans into actionable project plans and governance structures.
• Manage budgets, resources, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor risks, issues, and changes across multiple interdependent projects.
• Foster collaboration across data scientists, clinicians, IT leaders, and executives.
