Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, nursing, or related field.
• 10+ years of clinical operations experience with program-level leadership.
• Proven track record leading trials end-to-end (Phase 1–3).
• Experience managing CROs/vendors and budgets.

• Define and own operational strategy for oncology programs.
• Oversee end-to-end trial execution with AI agents handling operational load.
