Strong writing and chemistry hands-on experience are essential. Required backgrounds include synthesis, analytical chemistry, or chemical safety, with preferred AI evaluation or red-teaming experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in synthesis, analytical chemistry, or chemical safety.
• Prior AI evaluation or red-teaming experience is preferred.
• Strong technical writing skills with ability to justify conclusions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Write challenging single-turn prompts in domains: benign, dual-use, and adversarial.
• Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard.
• Write the reference answer and the technical reasoning behind it.
