You will craft prompts at benign, dual-use, and adversarial levels and evaluate responses against a defined policy standard.

The role requires hands-on synthesis, analytical chemistry, or chemical safety expertise and strong technical writing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in synthesis, analytical chemistry, or chemical safety.
• Strong technical writing ability and clear rationale.

Responsibilities

• Write challenging single-turn prompts in three levels: benign, dual-use, and adversarial.
• Evaluate responses against policy standards and judge adequacy of handling.
• Write the reference answer with the rationale and expected outcome.
