Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in synthesis, analytical chemistry, or chemical safety.
• Strong technical writing and ability to justify judgments in clear rationale.
• Prior experience in AI evaluation or red-teaming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write challenging single-turn prompts across benign, dual-use, and adversarial categories.
