Crossing Hurdles is seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to evaluate and improve AI evaluation processes. You will analyze chatbot outputs against defined criteria and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tighten requirements and reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor\'s degree and has hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Show proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Have experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
