Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical-to-business translation lead for AI, product, technology, process, and operating-model implementations.
• Translate technical roadmaps and system capabilities into operational impacts, readiness actions, and leadership decisions.
• Build readiness and governance for scalable AI across the organization.
• Identify adoption barriers and ensure changes minimize impact on customers and employees.
• Own integrated change strategies for high-impact, cross-functional transformation and AI programs.
