Job summary

AT&T in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Lead Tech Business Management professional to translate complex AI and tech initiatives into operational actions. You will build governance, capability readiness, and adoption metrics while coordinating across product, technology, and operations.

The role reports to senior leadership and focuses on scalable, responsible AI programs that drive business value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management, organizational readiness, technical implementation, communications, program management, or business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex technology, product, or process changes into business actions and executive communications.
• Strong executive storytelling, stakeholder influence, facilitation, planning, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Technology, AI, Program, and Operations teams from intake through launch, stabilization, and lifecycle sustainment.
• Translate technical designs into practical changes to roles, workflows, procedures, decision rights, knowledge, training, controls, and customer journeys.
• Own integrated change strategies for high-impact, cross-functional transformation and AI programs.
• Lead impact and readiness planning across people, process, technology, and customer experience, with clear owners, milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate enablement, training, launch readiness, hypercare, 30/60/90-day reviews, and transition to sustained operations.
