Meta’s Public Affairs AI Campaign seeks a seasoned Program Manager to bring operational rigor to a fast-moving, cross-functional initiative. You will embed with the campaign program management team, building the rhythms, playbooks, and systems that keep diverse functions aligned and ahead of schedule.

You’ll translate strategy into executable roadmaps, own status reporting and budgets, and serve as the connective tissue that prevents anything from slipping.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related strategy, operations, consulting, or program/project management experience, including managing complex, cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience building, optimizing, and scaling programs and processes within established teams experiencing growth or transformation.
• Comfortable operating as a trusted partner to senior leaders — influencing without authority, ensuring follow-through, and communicating shifting priorities clearly across stakeholders.
• Experience working in complex, high-pressure environments where priorities shift quickly and ambiguity is the norm.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and delivering information in a highly organized manner.
• Written and verbal communication skills — able to distill complexity into clear, actionable updates for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, drive alignment, and foster cooperation across teams you don't directly manage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the AI Campaign team to build and maintain cross-functional operating rhythms across communications, marketing, policy, research, legal, and product teams.
• Support leadership in translating strategy into execution: building roadmaps, trackers, timelines, and clear ownership.
• Drive day-to-day status reporting, performance tracking, and budget management; surface risks and dependencies for leadership.
• Develop and scale processes and systems that improve cross-functional collaboration as the campaign grows.
• Serve as connective tissue across internal functions, ensuring information flows freely and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Support leadership reviews, steering committee meetings, and other senior touchpoints with clearly framed materials.
• Help build repeatable playbooks and best practices for scalable program management across new markets.
• Contribute to developing the broader Public Affairs Campaign Program Management function.
