Qualifications

• At least 6 months of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with AI tools for research and drafting.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Suite.
• Strong writing and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English; another language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support research on funding opportunities, donors, and trends.
• Gather information on client strategies to support the business development team.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot) to research partners, program data, and funding trends.
• Help maintain opportunity trackers, project databases, and pipeline reports.
• Support innovation and AI initiatives to improve proposal efficiency and market research.
• Assist in preparing briefing materials, project summaries, and donor profiles.
• Contribute to marketing materials by helping create website content, social media, and newsletters.
• Assist with recruitment efforts including sourcing candidates for proposals and bios.
