Vylor, Inc. is seeking an AI Business Analyst Intern to join our Innovation & Operations Management team in Johnston, Iowa. This role blends business analysis with hands-on AI development, focusing on designing intelligent agents and automated workflows.

You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and build AI-powered solutions to drive data-driven decisions. You will work on documenting workflows, building proof-of-concept AI solutions, preparing data, and training end-users.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with AI/LLM workflows and API usage.
• Excellent communication and customer value focus.

Responsibilities

• Document existing workflows, gather requirements from stakeholders, map processes.
• Build and test AI agents and automated workflows; design and refine prompts; chain LLM calls.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions, demo to stakeholders, iterate rapidly.
• Prepare, clean, and structure data for AI inputs; connect solutions to internal data.
• Document what you build, train end users, and capture lessons learned.
