Job summary

Novocure Inc is seeking an AI & Automation Intern for IP Operations in a hybrid role with remote consideration. You will design, build, test, and improve AI-powered solutions that interact with internal data, documents, and workflows, under the Head of IP Operations.

This paid internship focuses on AI agents, RAG, automation, and systems integration. You will work independently and with mentorship to turn ideas into working applications, exploring emerging AI technologies and validating system

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS, AI, DS, SWE, etc).
Hands-on Python programming experience.
Experience with AI agents, LLMs, RAG, automation, or API integrations.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and improve AI agents and agentic workflows for real-world processes.
Develop and refine RAG solutions using internal documents and data sources.
Connect AI solutions with business apps via APIs, webhooks, databases and workflow tools.
Test and troubleshoot AI-agent behavior, including hallucinations, context retention, and retrieval accuracy.
Refine prompts, system instructions, and agent logic to improve reliability.
Document solutions and decisions to support future development.
