Job summary

RADcube is seeking an AI Business Analyst to partner with client business units in Indianapolis, mapping processes, identifying AI/GenAI opportunities and translating them into use cases and data requirements for data and AI teams. This onsite/hybrid, client-facing role focuses on delivering measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate will drive requirements workshops, define KPIs, and coordinate with data engineers, AI developers, and stakeholders up to executives to expand engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking a business savvy AI Business Analyst to partner directly with our client’s business units, understand processes and challenges, identify high value AI and GenAI opportunities, and translate them into clearly defined use cases and requirements for data and AI engineering teams. This role supports one of our client’s business units, with potential to expand.
