About the Role

Our client, a prominent management consulting firm, is seeking a proactive AI Business Analyst to drive digital transformation initiatives for their clients. This role is based in our office in East London . You will bridge the gap between business needs and AI solutions, identifying opportunities where artificial intelligence can deliver significant business value. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business processes, defining requirements for AI applications, and ensuring successful integration and adoption of these solutions. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for AI applications. Define data requirements and assist in data gathering and preparation efforts for AI projects. Evaluate potential AI vendors and solutions based on client needs and technical feasibility. Develop business cases and project proposals for AI initiatives, outlining expected ROI and impact. Support the project management team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of AI implementations. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure successful user adoption of AI tools. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of AI solutions and identify areas for improvement. Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI and their business applications. Communicate project status, risks, and findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus on digital transformation or technology projects. Demonstrated experience (2+ years) working with AI/ML concepts, tools, or projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent understanding of business processes across various industries. Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling techniques. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a client-facing consulting environment. Based in or willing to relocate to East London , with a commitment to on-site client engagements.
