Job summary

Protiviti India seeks an AI/GenAI senior associate to collaborate with business stakeholders, define AI use cases, and document requirements for GenAI initiatives. You will evaluate architectures and frameworks and support agent-based, RAG, and governance-focused solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience with LLMs, Azure OpenAI, and agent frameworks, plus agility in fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years focused on AI/ML, Generative AI, RAG, or Agentic AI.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and Generative AI ecosystems.
• Experience working with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent agent frameworks.
• Understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge management approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
