Job summary

Ramco Specialties, Inc. seeks an experienced AI & Business Intelligence Manager to accelerate transformation by leveraging data, automation, and AI to improve productivity and decision-making on the shop floor and in planning functions.

You will partner with business leaders to define KPIs, build dashboards, and deploy Power Platform solutions while developing a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, automation, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
• Experience developing enterprise data warehouses and data integration in Azure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities that improve productivity and drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead business transformation and process improvement initiatives from concept to adoption.
• Design and maintain dashboards, semantic models, and analytics solutions.
• Establish data governance, data quality, and trusted information sources.
• Identify, prioritize, design, and implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Develop and maintain AI-powered solutions and Copilot Studio agents.
• Coach and develop the analytics/automation team for continuous improvement.
