Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to contribute to an AI benchmark project. You will craft realistic evaluation tasks, build source materials, and assess AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and audience alignment.

No prior AI experience is required, and compensation is output-based. You will define acceptance criteria, develop 35+ point grading rubrics, and create API references or user guides as needed. Remote collaboration with teams is expected.

• Design realistic evaluation tasks using CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, code samples, and tech docs.
• Create and curate source materials such as product specifications, SME notes, regulatory docs, and technical references.
• Define expected solutions, acceptance criteria, and output requirements.
• Develop 35+ point grading rubrics covering accuracy, precision, testability, and audience alignment.
• Create documentation tasks including API references, user guides, technical instructions, and compliance docs.
• Synthesize complex source material into clear, precise, and actionable documentation.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project teams to refine deliverables.
