Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building product-driven software.
• Strong in at least one modern language (JS/TS, Go, etc.); some Python exposure.
• Experience with web frameworks, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong product instincts and comfort working through ambiguous problems.
• Curious, practical, and excited about building with AI - whether you've already shipped AI features or simply spend your own time experimenting with models, agents, and new developer tools.
• Excited to learn quickly as the AI ecosystem evolves; prior professional AI/ML experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features end to end across the stack
• Partner with product and design to solve real customer problems
• Explore where AI can make existing workflows dramatically better or enable entirely new product experiences
• Prototype with modern AI models and APIs when they're the right tool for the problem, and turn promising experiments into reliable product features
• Keep our systems fast, reliable, and easy to iterate on
• Use AI-powered development tools to increase your own leverage and help us continuously improve how we build software
• Improve our dev workflows, tooling, and deployment over time
