You don't need to be an ML researcher; you should be curious about what AI makes possible, enjoy experimentation, and collaborate with product and design to deliver customer value while keeping systems fast and scalable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building product-driven software.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language (JS/TS, Go) and exposure to Python.
• Experience with web frameworks, APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong product intuition and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Eager to experiment with AI models and developer tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features end to end across the stack.
• Collaborate with product and design to address real customer problems.
• Explore AI opportunities to improve existing workflows or create new experiences.
• Prototype with modern AI models and APIs and turn experiments into features.
• Keep systems fast, reliable, and easy to iterate on.
• Contribute to improving development workflows and tooling.
