Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience deploying ML models into production (CV, NLP, or recommender systems).
• 3 years building scalable software exposing AI functionality via APIs/SDKs.
• 3 years implementing automated testing, CI/CD, and observability for AI/ML releases.
• 3 years designing data pipelines for model training and inference, with data validation and versioning.
• 3 years authoring and maintaining technical documentation for algorithms and architecture.
• Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, research, and platform teams to clarify objectives, data constraints, and success metrics.
• Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML algorithms and production services spanning AI agents, computer vision, NLP, and recommendation systems.
• Implement end-to-end model lifecycle -data ingestion, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
• Ensure reliability and quality by conducting code reviews, writing automated tests (unit/integration), debugging failures, and addressing performance regressions.
• Document code, models, data pipelines, and operational runbooks for internal reuse, audits, and external stakeholders.
