Job summary

Zoom is seeking a skilled engineer for advanced ML/AI product design in a nationally distributed role. You will develop and evaluate algorithms using ML and statistics to improve performance and data handling, then translate them into production code across multiple environments.

You will implement and test deep learning systems, optimize ASR pipelines, and collaborate with teams to solve complex technical challenges in a remote-capable, US-wide setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4 years of experience in the listed areas.
• 4 years of experience in ASR for live captioning.
• 4 years of experience with Conformer/RNN-T/Beam Search.
• 4 years of experience using GPUs for ASR training.
• 4 years of experience in C++ and Python.

Responsibilities
