CAS is seeking a builder of AI-driven automation and data infrastructure for a 100% remote, full-time Independent Contractor role. You’ll design and maintain Power BI dashboards, SQL pipelines, and GPT/Claude-powered workflows to automate Finance, HR, Sales, Client Success and Operations.

The ideal candidate creates scalable systems from scratch, emphasizes data quality, and communicates complex concepts clearly. Remote, international, with exclusive commitment and competitive USD compensation.

Qualificações

• 3+ years building business automations and data solutions within a B2B environment.
• Strong Power BI experience including dashboards, data models, DAX, and production reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data transformation and automation.
• Experience using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar low-code tools.
• Practical experience leveraging AI platforms such as GPT or Claude for workflow automation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, structured tables, and connected workbooks.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS ecosystems.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Time-zone alignment: Comfortable working US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy AI-powered automations using GPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, APIs, and modern SaaS platforms.
• Create scalable internal workflows that improve operations across Finance, HR, Sales, Client Success, and Operations.
• Build integrations between business applications using APIs and automation platforms.
• Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through intelligent automation.
• Own and maintain production Power BI dashboards used by leadership.
• Build, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines using Python, SQL, and DAX.
• Manage scheduled refreshes, gateway connections, database structures, and reporting infrastructure.
• Develop reporting solutions that support operational and financial decision-making.
• Maintain data integrity across multiple business systems.
• Resolve inconsistencies between financial, operational, payroll, and CRM data.
• Design sustainable data structures that support future growth.
• Ensure reporting accuracy through testing, validation, and documentation.
• Document systems, workflows, automations, and technical processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational pain points.
• Recommend scalable improvements that simplify business operations.
• Support team adoption by creating clear documentation and training materials.
