Target Offshore Regions: LATAM or South Africa

Position Overview

We are seeking a technical, execution-focused AI Systems Integrator to connect, automate, and centralize our company-wide technology stack.

In this hands-on technical role, you will work closely with the Founder, CFO, and COO to eliminate manual data entry, connect siloed software platforms (AppFolio, ClickUp, CRMs, financial suites), build AI-powered workflows, and feed real-time data into an executive dashboard.

You are a builder who understands business logic and possesses the hands-on capability to wire APIs, integrate no-code/low-code tools (Make, Zapier), and deploy practical AI solutions to keep our ecosystem running effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• System Integration & Automation: Architect and deploy automated data pipelines between core software platforms—including AppFolio (property management), ClickUp (task/project management), CRMs, and accounting systems—using Make, Zapier, Webhooks, and REST APIs.
• Executive Dashboard Data Feeds: Wire bi-directional data pipelines that feed operational KPIs, construction progress, property metrics, and financial summaries into a centralized visual dashboard.
• AI Workflow Engineering: Implement practical AI solutions (OpenAI/Claude API integrations, automated document processing, custom LLM prompts) to streamline document extraction, contract indexing, and routine reporting.
• Spreadsheet Elimination: Audit existing operational workflows across our construction, architecture, and sales entities, replacing static spreadsheets with dynamic, automated database structures.
• Ongoing Pipeline Optimization: Monitor automated workflows, build error-handling alerts, and maintain technical health across all integrated platforms as new ventures are onboarded.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical Integration Track Record: 3+ years of experience as a Systems Integrator, Automation Engineer, or Technical Operations Specialist supporting fast-paced US businesses.
• Tool Stack Mastery: Advanced expertise in ClickUp, AppFolio (or enterprise ERPs/property management suites), Make, Zapier, Webhooks, and relational databases.
• AI & Automation Literacy: Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (Claude, ChatGPT, custom agents) to automate document workflows, parsing, and reporting.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to translate business requirements into reliable, automated workflows. Fluent in written and spoken English.
