Job summary

Dahl Consulting in Dallas, TX seeks an AI & Automation Solutions Lead to drive enterprise adoption of AI-enabled analytics, automation, and BI solutions. You will partner with executives to identify opportunities and deliver dashboards, AI-enabled workflows, and decision-support tools using Power BI, Copilot, Claude, Power Platform, and SQL.

You will lead projects from discovery through implementation, focusing on governance, security, and measurable business impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, CS, Data Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in BI, analytics, automation, AI solutions, or related discipline.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting with Power BI or similar tools.
• Hands-on use of generative AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in a business setting.
• Experience developing AI prompts, agents, workflows, or business productivity solutions.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Platform, SQL, or similar tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of data governance, information security, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and opportunities for AI, analytics, and automation with executives and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and BI reports using Power BI.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and automation using Copilot, Claude, Power Platform, and SQL.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop ROI analyses and business cases to support initiatives.
• Lead projects from discovery to implementation and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor adoption, impact, and value of solutions; ensure governance and security.
