You will translate insights into actionable strategies, drive AI-enabled decision-making, and partner across IT and business leadership to scale data-driven initiatives. You will lead analytics roadmaps, develop executive dashboards, and foster data literacy while championing responsible AI use.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data-related field required.
- 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or data strategy, with business-facing experience.
- Strong SQL; Python or R is a plus.
- Experience building executive dashboards and reports.
- Hands-on with AI tools to accelerate analysis and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Serve as data and analytics liaison for assigned business units.
- Translate business questions into analytical problems with data engineering support.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service tools.
- Identify AI opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, or risk.
- Lead requirements gathering with business leaders for measurable outcomes.
- Champion data literacy and responsible AI use across the organization.
- Pilot AI tools to enhance speed and depth of insights.
