Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Cake lead integrations for seamless performance
• Implement AI‑based lead scoring and routing to maximize efficiency and conversions
• Track and analyze key metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, and campaign ROI
• Collaborate with Backend Engineers to refine and enhance data flows for marketing automation
• Continuously test and iterate on workflows to improve targeting, personalization, and overall campaign effectiveness

• 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or campaign operations
• Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Cake, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zapier
