Job summary

Christie Lites is seeking an AI & Business Automation Manager to identify repetitive processes and implement AI-driven automation across operations. You will work with department leaders to evaluate technologies and build practical solutions that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and streamline business operations.

You will lead automation projects from concept through deployment, collaborating with IT and stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable systems and secure data handling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, building, and implementing AI-driven automation solutions in a business environment.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience with AI platforms and large language models such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities with department leaders and prioritize projects based on impact and ROI.
• Design, build, test, and deploy automated workflows across departments.
• Automate KPI reporting, analytics, and recurring management reports.
• Monitor automation systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance.
• Document processes and train staff on new tools and workflows.
