Job summary

Themis Insight is hiring a Software Engineer to work on AI automation, Python development, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS-based solutions in the Ft. Meade, MD area. Position may shift with client needs.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing software, integrating systems, and coding robust solutions for high-volume data processing, with a TS/SCI and polygraph clearance required. Team leadership is possible depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline; four years of SWE experience may substitute for the degree.
• Two or more years experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Four or more years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery.

Responsibilities

• AI workflow automation scripts and Dev/test pipeline construction.
• System integration and performance optimization for 1M+ requests/day.
• Monitoring implementation and ensuring software quality.
• Design, code, and modify software to add features and improve performance.
• Lead one or more software development teams when appropriate.
