Job summary

Themis Insight, LLC. is hiring a Software Engineer (AI Automation, Python, CI/CD, AWS) to work near Ft. Meade, MD. The role emphasizes building AI workflow automation, developing and testing pipelines, and integrating systems to handle 1M+ requests per day.

Required: TS/SCI with a Polygraph. The candidate will lead teams, optimize performance, and implement monitoring while collaborating with IT/Ops and engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Two (2) or more years experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
• Four (4) or more years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI workflow automation scripts and Dev/test pipelines.
• Integrate existing software into new/modified systems and optimize performance for large-scale requests.
• Lead software development teams and review software components for design adherence.
• Collaborate with system engineers to derive requirements and validate interfaces.
