Job summary

Themis Insight, LLC is seeking a Software Engineer (Python) to design, develop, and maintain complex software systems in the Ft. Meade, MD vicinity. The role emphasizes Python development, system integration, and performance tuning, with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline may be substituted with four (4) years of SWE experience.
• Four (4) years of IT application systems experience is required.
• Python experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features.
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.
• Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories.
• Apply knowledge of ITOM/ITSM/HRSD/CSM/Service Portal.
