ODDITY LABS, located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, seeks an AI Automation Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations and build AI tools that automate workflows. You will identify processes, develop and test agents, deploy them into daily use, and own their ongoing performance, including guardrails and data security.

You’ll map workflows across R&D and lab teams, coordinate procurement and reporting, and scale AI-driven automation while working with Claude/ChatGPT and light scripting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, business operations, consulting, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools beyond everyday use, such as creating custom GPTs or agents.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable owning a process end-to-end.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain how a tool works to non-technical colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day operations of ODDITY LABS, including procurement, vendor coordination, sample tracking, and internal reporting.
• Map workflows across R&D, lab, and business teams to identify AI automation opportunities.
• Build AI-powered tools and agents (LLMs, automation platforms, scripting) to complete tasks end-to-end.
• Test tools before launch and document edge cases and failure modes.
• Deploy tools, train teammates, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Own deployed AI tools post-launch and monitor accuracy and performance.
• Set guardrails and data-handling practices to protect sensitive data.
• Maintain documentation for each tool and measure impact of automation.
