Berlin Packaging is seeking an AI & Automation Lead to architect and deliver enterprise AI and automation solutions. You will work with a small team, shaping the technical direction and owning end-to-end delivery from requirements to production.

You will apply a broad AI/automation toolkit, including LLM integration and RPA, across multiple lines of business. Strong collaboration with product teams and stakeholders is essential for delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with AI/ML or automation
• Proven production AI/automation delivery in complex enterprises
• Strong Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript; REST APIs and cloud platforms
• Deep hands-on experience with LLM integration and prompt engineering
• Experience with RPA platforms and workflow orchestration
• Ability to lead a small team including offshore members
• Strong business stakeholder communication skills
