Job summary

Mauer Automotive Group is seeking an AI Integration & Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy internal AI-powered applications and agents. You will connect the DMS, CRM, and data lake, enabling secure, scalable workflows across the dealership network.

You will prototype rapidly with AI coding tools, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and govern data and tool usage while collaborating with stores to increase efficiency and output.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a technical/automation-focused role (automotive retail a plus).
• Deep fluency with AI platforms and coding assistants for rapid prototyping.
• Experience building and securing data pipelines and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build internal apps and AI agents across a multi-vendor stack.
• Develop and secure data lake connections between DMS, CRM, and data lake.
• Design automation workflows and API integrations across stores.
• Train staff and document AI tool usage and governance.
