Job summary

TRADEBE in Chicago, IL seeks a Business Solutions Engineer, AI & Automation to translate ideas into practical AI-powered applications and automated workflows. You will work with business leaders, IT, and Global Digital Innovation to design, build, deploy, and continuously improve scalable solutions that boost efficiency and modernize processes.

You will rapidly prototype, deliver MVPs, and translate complex challenges into actionable tech solutions, partnering with analytics teams to empower

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on software development across backend, frontend and data layers, with production releases.
1+ year of experience applying Generative AI technologies to accelerate delivery and automation.
Experience translating ambiguous business needs into technical solutions and presenting to senior stakeholders.
Experience with cloud platforms and low-code/no-code automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Rapid prototyping, MVP delivery, and application development.
Design, build, and deploy digital solutions (logistics, field service, compliance, modernization) from prototype to production.
Translate business challenges into scoped, scalable solutions.
Communicate progress, risk, and value of AI initiatives to senior leadership.
Collaborate with Data Analytics to enable AI-powered BI and decision support.
Ensure production readiness and continuously improve solutions.
Upskill IT and business stakeholders with templates and best practices for AI adoption.
