Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. seeks an experienced AI leader to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable AI applications and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives.

The role focuses on AI design, RAG solutions, enterprise integrations, governance, and mentorship to teams, with hybrid work in Chicago (2 days/week).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across data engineering, AI, ML, software engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and large language model technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Databricks.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and business systems.

Role Type: Permanent / Full-Time

Our client is seeking an experienced AI professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions. This role will partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable AI applications and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI and machine learning solutions for business applications
• Develop and support AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, and enterprise integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to development teams
• Establish best practices around AI governance, security, deployment, and scalability
• Support AI adoption through documentation, training, and knowledge sharing

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience with a combination of data engineering, AI, machine learning, software engineering, or related disciplines
• Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and large language model technologies
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
• Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms
• Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and business systems
• Understanding of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

• AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools
• Vector databases and semantic search technologies
• AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability tools
• Experience integrating with platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite and / or comparable ERP systems and tools.
