Responsibilities

• Identify high ROI automation opportunities and evaluate them for business impact vs technical effort.
• Design, prototype, and deploy end-to-end AI workflows by building orchestration stack and connecting endpoints via APIs.
• Build modular and reusable automations across departments to avoid reinventing the wheel.
• Establish AI guardrails while enabling AI champions to work with automations.
• Define and track ROI, time savings and reliability metrics to ensure value delivery.
