Job summary

SixSpeed, a full-service advertising agency, seeks an Applied AI Technologist to shape AI-enabled operations. You will build and test AI agents, automated workflows, and integrations across campaigns, while ensuring reliability, governance, and security.

You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, translate business needs into technical requirements, and prototype quickly with real users to drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, workflows, or automations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for non-technical teams.
• Experience with data, testing, governance, and security in AI projects.
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations across platforms.
• Knowledge of RAG and knowledge retrieval concepts.
• Comfort prototyping and iterating with real users.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and connect AI agents and automated workflows.
• Own and evolve SixSpeed’s AI ecosystem with standards for reliability and governance.
• Collaborate with Media to implement agent-assisted workflows for campaigns.
• Analyze processes, prioritize opportunities by impact, feasibility, risk, and scale.
• Train teams and document best practices to drive adoption of AI tools.
