Qualifications

• 8+ years in Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity, or security automation.
• Hands-on with Entra ID and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC and related IGA platforms.
• Designing provisioning workflows and access certifications.
• Comfort with AI-assisted tools in professional workflows.
• Strong scripting in PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, JSON, MS Graph.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support IAM automation to improve ops and governance.
• Implement JML workflows for onboarding, offboarding, access requests.
• Govern NHIs: service accounts, bots, APIs, machine credentials; automate provisioning.
• Develop IAM governance across on-prem and cloud, including PAM and customer IAM.
• Create dashboards, runbooks, and run compliance with policies.
