Growdi is seeking a highly analytical AI Automation Architect to lead the technical deployment of automation infrastructures for elite clients. You will design end-to-end automation pipelines, integrating CRM systems and data flows with custom AI agents, delivering scalable, ROI-driven solutions.

You will work autonomously in a remote setup, focusing on efficiency, edge-case handling, and flawless implementation of robust architectures across Make, Zapier, and API ecosystems.

Job description

We are looking for a highly analytical AI Automation Architect to lead the technical deployment of our infrastructure projects. You won’t be building generic chatbots or simple Zapier zaps. You will be engineering bespoke, end-to-end automation pipelines for elite law firms, medical practices, and real estate brokerages. Your mandate is to take a client’s operational bottlenecks and architect a flawless, AI-driven system that scales their revenue without increasing their headcount.

Your Responsibilities

Design and deploy complex automation infrastructures (CRM integrations, patient/client intake systems, and data pipelines).

Map out operational workflows and translate high-level business goals into precise technical execution.

Integrate core platforms (HUB Growdi Salesforce, HubSpot, EMRs) with custom AI agents and LLM APIs.

Conduct technical audits of client systems and troubleshoot deployment friction with extreme ownership.

Deep expertise in workflow automation (Make, Zapier advanced logic, Webhooks, API architecture).
