Job summary

Brio Water Technology, a Home Organizers, Inc. company, is seeking an Analytics, AI Automation & IT Intern for a 3-month rotational program in Glendale.

You’ll rotate across teams to identify inefficiencies, automate tasks, build reporting solutions, and leverage AI tools to scale the business. You will design AI-driven workflows, automate reports, pull and analyze data, and contribute to dashboards and data connections.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in a technical field such as CS/IT/IS/Data Analytics/Business Analytics/Software Engineering.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, PivotTables, lookups and data manipulation.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar) to automate workflows and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows to reduce manual work across the organization.
• Automate recurring reports, spreadsheets, and business processes.
• Pull, clean, analyze, and organize data from multiple systems.
• Create dashboards, reports, and reporting automation for internal teams.
• Document technical processes, workflows, and automation solutions.
