Huckberry, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Business Analyst – AI & Automation to join Strategic Finance in Austin. You will analyze data, prototype automation, and help turn business questions into actionable tooling.

This role blends strategy, data, and technology, with opportunities to ship real solutions and learn quickly. You’ll work with Planning, Merchandising, E-commerce, Growth, and Ops to validate ideas, build prototypes, and improve processes using SQL, BigQuery, Hex, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; analytical skills valued over diploma.
• Comfort with data; SQL is a plus; Python helpful but not required.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets with ownership to drive results.
• Experience using AI tools to analyze, build, automate, or solve problems.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and improve analytical tools to inform business decisions.
• Use SQL, BigQuery, Hex, and AI tools to analyze data and prototype solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally to understand decision processes and tooling gaps.
• Translate questions into analytical requirements; collaborate with Data & Tech.
• Create prototypes and internal tools; validate outputs against business results.
• Document assumptions and rules so tools are maintainable by others.
• Move successful prototypes into used solutions.
