Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of data analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Experience applying AI/ML technologies (LLMs, AI-assisted analysis, or automation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to handle complex data from multiple sources.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain leadership dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar tools.
• Build and automate data pipelines from multiple systems, ensuring data quality.
• Analyze resource utilization, headcount, budgets, and performance to identify trends and risks.
• Develop forecasts and scenario models for resource planning and investments.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to automate reporting and data analysis workflows.
• Identify opportunities to simplify data collection and reduce manual effort.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for engineering and leadership.
