As a Lead, you will bridge creative, product, and ML R&D teams to scale AI-first artwork at Netflix scale, ensuring reliability in asset fulfillment within content-launch workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on professional creative making experience with a focus on artwork.
• Familiarity with AI image/video tools.
• Experience creating artwork style guides and templates.
• Ability to blend artistic understanding with quantitative analysis.
• Strong communication explaining creative decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Cross-discipline collaboration with product, creative, and technical teams.
• Systems-level thinking focused on scaling workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D sprints on AI models by designing creative rubrics and standardized asset evaluation criteria using gold-standard references
• Oversee quality control of AI model outputs, maintain creative alignment, and synthesize findings for model improvements
• Execute AI solutions within active content-launch workflows, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Establish feedback loops identifying human-intervention patterns during asset fulfillment to inform model enhancements
• Partner with creative teams to identify production challenges and translate them into AI opportunities
• Lead annotator training and maintain current documentation on AI model capabilities
• Monitor external AI developments in imagery to inform strategy
