Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Program Management professional to lead implementation planning in a remote contract role. You will evaluate AI-generated artifacts against quality rubrics, coordinate project plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI-generated work products.
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs for accuracy and rigor.
• Work independently and asynchronously to ensure high-quality evaluations.
