Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise/Solutions Architect to drive architectural outcomes across Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, and Governance & Trust.

You will lead with customer problems, influence senior stakeholders, and stay hands-on through delivery. Expertise in at least one domain and proficiency with Salesforce or adjacent tech are essential for this leadership role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture with stakeholder influence.
• Experience with AI tooling to build solutions.
• Deep, credible expertise in at least one focus area.
• Fluency across the Salesforce platform or at least one major adjacent technology relevant to your focus area.
• A track record of staying engaged through delivery, including recovering stalled work.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or MIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the customer's business and technical problem across domains.
• Collaborate across pre and post sales teams.
• Map business problems to actionable capabilities for customers.
• Resolve platform-fit ambiguity and route to the correct domain.
• Maintain domain-specific ownership and ensure delivery through to completion.
