This role requires deep expertise in at least one focus area, fluency with Salesforce or major alternatives, and a track record of delivering through complex deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture.
• Experience with AI tooling to build solutions.
• Deep, credible expertise in at least one focus area.
• Fluency across Salesforce or a major alternative.
• PhD/MS/BS in CS, SE, or MIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or two domains: Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, or Governance & Trust.
• Collaborate across pre and post sales teams.
• Align stakeholders around a business problem and map to a capability.
• Resolve platform-fit ambiguity for customers during delivery.
• Direct domain assignment during interview based on depth and needs.
