Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a senior AI Enterprise Architect to modernize enterprise architecture and drive AI adoption across a complex technology environment. This hands-on role combines deep architecture experience with practical AI deployment expertise.

You will define standards, patterns, and roadmaps, while leading secure AI initiatives and collaborating with security, data, and engineering teams. EST/CST time zones preferred.

• Hands‑on experience building or implementing production AI solutions.
• Experience with generative AI, AI agents, tool integrations, and automation workflows.
• Strong enterprise architecture governance and technology roadmap experience.
• Strong cloud architecture background.
• Understanding of modern data platforms, APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of AI security, governance, risk, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to communicate technical strategy to senior leaders while remaining hands‑on.

Nice to Have

• Modern cloud AI platforms and services.
• Enterprise data platforms and data governance.
• Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar integration approaches.
