Coverys is seeking an IT Co-op in Boston to support development and AI-enabled capabilities under guidance from the lead developer and Supervisors. You will help with LLM training, define and maintain AI rules, validate outputs, and create clear technical documentation.

You will develop features, test solutions, analyze results, and partner with business and technology teams to improve solution quality and readiness.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering with proven development skills.
• Knowledge of source code repositories (Git or TFS VC a plus).
• Knowledge of ORMs and design patterns.
• Familiarity with SOLID principles, TDD, and modern front-end tech (HTML5, jQuery, CSS).
• Experience with C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC/Core, and EF preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with development and enhancement of applications and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Support LLM training, data labeling, and result validation.
• Document designs, solutions, and testing results in approved repositories.
• Coordinate with analysts and developers to plan and implement AI-related work.
• Perform unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing.
• Adhere to team standards and participate in code reviews.
